CrossFit Class is our weekday daily workout program with a coach on hand to conduct the session. In this class, you'll be exploring new workout movements with the combination of high intensity cardio, gymnastics and weightlifting. You never have to worry about what to do, because we have a coach and a program ready for you! Just show up and enjoy the class! Each class will last for 1 hour 15 minutes.
FreeZone allows you access for self workout in case the normal CrossFit class is not enough for you. As a CrossFit Pahlawan member, you'll be enjoying unlimited access to everything!
