HiiT Works is a group workout program that is open to anyone who wants to start a healthier lifestyle, improve their overall fitness, stamina and endurance whilst having lots of fun getting there.
There’s nothing quite like group camaraderie and good-natured teamwork to make working out a blast.
So, whether you are new to working out or have been regularly exercising, this program is uniquely created to cater to your individual capacity. HiiT Works is designed to maximize fat burning whilst improving your overall fitness.
