Start your CrossFit Journey with Two (2) complimentary personal training sessions  followed by unlimited access to our CrossFit Classes and FreeZone

You can book your personal coach between Monday to Friday (6am - 8pm). In these sessions you will learn the basic fundamental movements of CrossFit, basic Gymnastics and basic Weightlifting in order to prepare you to join our normal daily CrossFit Classes

CrossFit Class is our weekday daily workout program with a coach on hand to conduct the session. In this class, you'll be exploring new workout movements with the combination of high intensity cardio, gymnastics and weightlifting. You never have to worry about what to do, because we have a coach and a program ready for you! Just show up and enjoy the class!

FreeZone allows you access for self workout in case the normal CrossFit class is not enough for you. As a CrossFit Pahlawan member, you'll be enjoying unlimited access to everything!
