Start your CrossFit journey by joining our exclusive Beginners Class for only RM99 for 3 classes!
This is a workout program with a coach on hand to conduct the session. In this class, you'll be exposed to and exploring new workout movements with the combination of high intensity cardio, gymnastics and weightlifting.
You never have to worry about what to do, because we have a professional coach and a program ready for you. Just show up and enjoy the class! Each class lasts for 1 hour.
You can choose to sign up from available options below:
Beginners Class are available 6 days a week, morning and evening sessions:
Monday: 8.30am / 6.30pm
Tuesday: 7.15am / 8pm
Wednesday: 8.30am / 6.30pm
Thursday: 7.15am / 8pm
Friday: 8.30am / 6.30pm
Saturday: 8.30am
