Come join our Open Day WOD this Saturday at 10am and experience what #buatanpahlawan feels like.
Our Open Day session will start with a class warm up, followed by the briefing and demonstration of the workout of the day, and end with a cool down. Our program will cater to beginners (and possibly lapsed crossfitters who may now feel like they’re beginners too).
The session will be conducted by two experienced coaches who will be there to guide you throughout the workout.
We limit this session to only 15 pax, and you need to be fully vaccinated to join.
First come first served.
P/s: If you decide to sign up for any package after the session, we will rebate you the RM50 😊
