Any equipment that you have around you. A dumbbell or barbell or kettlebell. We have options for all kinds of equipments - backpacks, bottles, (even gas tanks have been known to make appearances!)

Whether you are a beginner or an elite athlete, our program really does cater to all fitness levels.
HOW MANY CAN WE HANDLE?
We can only handle 90 participants on a computer screen at one go before our coaches go cross-eyed
WHAT’S THE CATCH?
RM 8.80 only!!! Yes, cheaper than your latte!
Because the world will always need a good and affordable fitness program 😛
