How it works?
A simple, structured 5-week reset combining training, nutrition, and tracking.
1. Baseline InBody Scan
Measure muscle mass, body fat, hydration, and metabolism — not just bodyweight.


2. Train Consistently
Join regular WODs (CrossFit + HYROX style).
Minimum 2 sessions per week recommended.
5 sessions per week = best results.
No extreme diets. No restriction phases.
You’ll receive a PDF Nutrition Guide with practical, easy-to-apply strategies to help reduce body fat percentage and increase muscle mass within 5 weeks.

4. Progress Tracking
InBody scans will be done at three points:
Pre Week 1: 2 Jan – 9 Jan
Mid Week 3: 25 Jan – 31 Jan
Post Week 5: 8 Feb – 13 Feb


5. Results & Rewards
Prizes are awarded based on real improvement —
muscle mass gained and body fat reduced, not scale weight alone.

When does the challenge run?
The challenge runs from 5 January to 8 February (5 weeks).
What do I need to do during the challenge?
You’ll continue training as usual, and during the 5 weeks you’ll complete:
3 InBody scans (pre, mid, post)
Follow a simple nutrition strategy
Apply coach guidance during workouts to lose fat and build muscle
Everything is practical and sustainable.
What is the InBody scan for?
The InBody scan shows what’s really happening inside your body:
Fat mass
Muscle mass
Body composition
We use this data to:
Track real progress
Adjust strategy if needed
Rank the challenge results fairly
No guessing. No relying on body weight alone.
When are the InBody scans?
You must complete all 3 scans within these windows:
Pre Scan: 2 – 9 January
Mid Scan: 25 – 31 January
Post Scan: 8 – 13 February
Missing a scan window means you won’t be eligible for ranking.
How do I join the challenge?
Just purchase the 3x InBody Scan Package for RM99.
Once you purchase it, you are automatically entered into the challenge.

How do I do my InBody scan?
Very easy:
Come for your workout
Inform the coach or admin at the counter
We’ll assist you with the scan and record your data
Will I get guidance during the challenge?
Yes.
You’ll receive:
A PDF Cheat Sheet (nutrition plan + challenge guide)
Short video tips and reading tips along the way
Continuous coaching during workouts
And you can always ask us questions anytime.
How is the winner decided?
The winner is based on:
Reduction in fat mass
Increase in muscle mass
Winners will be announced on 14 February.
