2026 Kickstart Challenge

The Pahlawan Kickstart Challenge is designed to help you get back on track after the holidays.

This is NOT:

  • A biggest-loser challenge

  • A six-pack transformation

  • A realistic reset

  • A consistency-first approach

  • A data-driven way to see real progress

How it works?

A simple, structured 5-week reset combining training, nutrition, and tracking.

1. Baseline InBody Scan

Measure muscle mass, body fat, hydration, and metabolism — not just bodyweight.

2. Train Consistently

Join regular WODs (CrossFit + HYROX style).
Minimum 2 sessions per week recommended.
5 sessions per week = best results.

No extreme diets. No restriction phases.
You’ll receive a PDF Nutrition Guide with practical, easy-to-apply strategies to help reduce body fat percentage and increase muscle mass within 5 weeks.

4. Progress Tracking

InBody scans will be done at three points:

  • Pre Week 1: 2 Jan – 9 Jan

  • Mid Week 3: 25 Jan – 31 Jan

  • Post Week 5: 8 Feb – 13 Feb

5. Results & Rewards

Prizes are awarded based on real improvement
muscle mass gained and body fat reduced, not scale weight alone.
